South African mortar team engages M23 rebels
Cell phone footage circulating on Facebook today shows a group of South African troops engaging M23 rebels with a man-portable mortar system being used in handheld mode. According to the source of the footage, the M23 rebels were supported by conventional Rwandan forces; however, this video provides no evidence of that statement.
