Pursuit by fire on former regime troops

Footage recorded by a member of the new Syrian military regime shows a pair of men attempting to escape near the Baniyas Mountains. While they retreat, entirely unarmed, a pursuit by fire action can be heard occurring before the two men are gunned down. According to the source of the footage, the two men were former Assad Regime Soldiers. It's unclear if they had conducted any actions that would make them a legitimate military threat to the group that is conducting the pursuit by fire: however, they appear to be unarmed.
