Rebels use missile as really big sniper round

Footage recorded during the peak of the Syrian Civil War in 2016 captures the moment rebel fighters from the Free Syrian Army use an anti-tank guided missile system like it's a really large sniper rifle. This was common place during that conflict, as ATGMs were popularized when the American Central Intelligence Agency flooded the region with TOW missiles to support rebel forces against the Assad regime.
