GWOT vet refugee dash cam

This footage is comprised of the dashcam footage of the incident in Fairfax County, Virginia, wherein Jamal Wali, 36 years of age instigates an officer involved shooting. As shown in other footage, Wali pretends to offer his ID to an officer as a ruse and shoots him. Here, we can see both the contact officer and another being wounded by the same bullet. We also see Fairfax County police teaming up to remove Wali from the vehicle. Viewer discretion is advised.
