Russian 'Safari' civilian targeting continues in Kherson

Russian military drone operators continue their heinous act of targeting civilians for practice and out of boredom in an act they call "human safari." Most of these overt safari videos have originated in Kherson over the last couple years, but it's not clear if it is the same drone operators responsible for the attacks or merely a byproduct of the local military culture.
