Narcotic suspect vehicle gets lit up by Baltimore Cops
This footage from 16 December 2025 shows the Eastern District Action Team of Baltimore PD attempting to interdict a vehicle and its occupants which were suspected of narcotics-related activity. However, the driver refused to submit to a traffic stop, at which point a chase ensued. When pinned in dead-end alley, the driver attempted to reverse toward an officer and hit a fence. He then accelerated, again risking striking an officer. All three Baltimore cops present opened fire. The passenger fell out of the vehicle. The driver then surrendered by lying on the ground. He was given medical aid and taken to an area hospital. Viewer discretion is advised. The driver, identified as Devin Thomas, 31 years of age, was charged charged with assault and dangerous weapon with intent to injure. A search of the vehicle incident to his arrest revealed narcotics and two firearms.
