This bodycam and dashcam footage shows a Sheriff's Office Sergeant in Missouri as he manages to rescue a heart attack victim, despite the patient being behind the wheel of a vehicle in motion. For perspective, the American Red Cross maintains that the Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) CPR success rate is between 8 and 10 percent, but you never tell a hero the odds.
