Closer angle of Madison Police shooting
In the footage we can see Ruiz resisting four police, and the officers call out that he has a knife. One of the officers deploys a taser with unknown effectiveness, however, the Ruiz can be seen falling toward the ground. One of the officer pulls his service weapon and discharges three shots toward the head or upper torso of Ruiz who then goes limp.
