BMP-3 and crew destroyed by mine

Ukrainian footage from Donetsk shows a BMP-3 meeting a catastrophic end after it encounters a mine. The mine detonates the vehicle’s ammunition stores, resulting in a truly impressive explosion. Additional footage shows the crew near the vehicle, shattered, dying, or dead. Anti-tank mines such as the TM-62 can be devastating for lightly armored vehicles, as coalition forces learned in Iraq and Afghanistan. To echo a comment that Funker530 contributor Will posted on X earlier today, it is astounding that the Russian Army has suffered such unrelenting vehicle losses for the last two-and-a-half years and continue to conduct combat operations. One wonders when they will reach their culminating point.
